I have been going to Lake Ridge Auto Care for over 20 plus years and they have been professional and serviced all my vehicles with fairness and outstanding care. I have definitely recommended my friends and family in Lake Ridge to take their automotive needs to this shop.

I go here for inspection every year and they are great they don't try to make up things wrong with the car to try and get more money. They will make recommendations instead of just failing for one thing that can be improved or changed. Very friendly and it's a nice waiting room

My snowblower got a flat tire. It’s tubeless so I had no way to fix it. I took the tire in to see if Lake Ridge Auto could help. The staff got a chuckle with this. They fixed it and was very reasonable with the cost. They should be called Lake Ridge Auto and Snowblower Care.

a month ago I was totally freaking out…my check engine light was on!!! I performed my own diagnostics and found a crack in my coolant reservoir. I called and scheduled a time to bring in my car. Their diagnostic test was the same, but I also needed a tuneup (absolutely agreed)! My car was repaired and inspected, as promised, and by the time I needed it! A huge thank you to Lexus, Tristan, Kevin, and the mechanics at Lake Ridge Auto Care (and, Christopher the shuttle driver)! You are amazing! This is not my first experience at LRAC…every time I have walked into this establishment I have felt truly valued and welcomed! They have turned several anxiety-laiden experiences into little bumps in the road with their professionalism!

We have been taking our vehicles there for sometime and have always been very satisfied with their service and friendly and knowledgeable staff.
