Excellent service as usual
I take my Ford Escape to Lake Ridge Auto Care and I'm very happy with their service. I just moved to the area, and they were recommended when I needed to get my car inspected. It is so easy to make an appointment for service and wait in their large waiting room. The low tire pressure sensor alert was coming on but the tire pressures were fine, so I made an appointment. They checked and one of the four sensors had gone bad. They replaced it and I was on my way in about an hour. I would recommend them to anybody.
Got my state inspection and emissions test done, there, where we always go. Only 1 car ahead of me. In and out in about 20 minutes, and very professional service from Jeff and Cooper [ Marcela and Kendall]. We moved so it isn't as close as it used to be. But we trust them. What's more important than that?
ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. STARTED COMING HERE ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO TO AVOID THE RIDICULOUS COST AT THE CAR DEALERSHIPS. JUST HAD MY YEARLY INSPECTION DONE THIS TIME. HAVE ALSO HAD HEADLIGHT RESTORATION ON MY PREVIOUS CAR AND EMISSIONS. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK IN MARCH FOR THE NEXT EMISSION ON CURRENT CAR.
