Certifications: ASE Certified Service Consultant C1. Adam has been working for LRAC for over 20 years with 25+ years in the automotive business. His career began learning the car detailing business, progressing to sales, and ultimately management. Adam is a Certified Product expert for Michelin, BFG, Uniroyal, Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly tires. He has also completed Master Certification for Automotive Management Institute.
Marcela has been working for Lake Ridge Auto Care since 2018, initially starting as a service advisor with no prior experience. However, with the passage of time, she gradually climbed up the ladder and reached a management position. In 2023, she successfully completed the Master Level Certification from Automotive Management Institute. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, and is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
Kendall has been with our group since 2017, starting off in our Franconia location before Joining the Lake Ridge team 2 years ago. His initial beginnings started in the dealership before joining us. He has completed his Master certification through Automotive Management Institute and is working on getting his ASE C1 Service Consultant. Kendall strongly emphasizes the importance of educating customers about their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Doug has been with Lake Ridge Auto Care since 2012. He has been in the automotive field for 20+ years having attained his ASE Master Technician Certification as well as Emissions Repair Certification. He also has his Virginia State Inspection and Emissions license. Having worked in the independent automotive field for numerous years he has plenty of knowledge working on European, import, and domestic vehicles, as well as repairing classic cars.
Paulo joined our group in 2014 and has been a wonderful addition to our crew. He has 15+ years of experience in the automotive field and favors import vehicles. Working from gas stations to chain stores has given him a broad look at the market in its entirety. We are happy to say he has found a place he can call home here at North Point Sunoco. When Paulo is not here servicing your vehicles he spends his time with his family. We are very grateful for his hard work and honest repairs.
Jonathan has recently joined our team in 2017. He has 12+ years experience in the automotive field and is ASE certified. He loves doing things outdoors like shooting, off-road and fishing. He is currently working on being an ASE Master Technician.
Since 2019, Joe has been a part of the Lake Ridge Auto Care Team and has advanced to the role of Assistant Manager. He takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Victor joined Lake Ridge Auto Care in 2023, bringing with him 24 years of experience as a technician. He began his journey in automotive repair at the age of 11, which solidified his desire to pursue a career in this field. Victor takes pleasure in mentoring aspiring technicians. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family and working on his personal project cars at home.
Izzy joined Lake Ridge Auto Care in July 2021. He began his professional journey as a technician at the age of 18. During his childhood in Puerto Rico, he developed an early affinity for automobiles while assisting his uncle. From that point onward, he was certain of his aspirations to become a technician. In his leisure time, he takes pleasure in riding his motorcycle.
Amadeo began his tenure at Lake Ridge Auto Care in 2021, initially serving as a general service technician with the goal of advancing to a full technician position. He was fortunate to secure an apprenticeship, and he has since established himself as a diligent and trustworthy technician. In his leisure hours, he values time spent with his family and enjoys playing soccer.
Fernando commenced his tenure at Lake Ridge Auto Care in 2019, initially taking on the role of a general service technician. Throughout his time there, he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience, enabling him to advance to the position of technician. He has earned 2 ASE certifications in the areas of brakes and suspension. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, he aspires to achieve the status of master technician in the future. In his leisure time, he enjoys visiting shooting ranges and working out at the gym.
Carolina joined Lake Ridge Auto Care in 2024, initially working as a service technician in the automotive sector before advancing to the role of advisor. Being bilingual, she takes pleasure in assisting customers to ensure they receive an exceptional customer service experience.
